As part of the Capability Network, we are responsible for delivering and maintaining the network infrastructure components—such as routers, switches, WLAN access points, and firewalls—across office locations, data centers, and central services (DNS, DHCP, Radius, Internet Connect, etc.). Additionally, we provide company-wide communication services on a global scale. The availability and reliability of these essential services are critical to all employees within the Deutsche Telekom Group.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of high-performance, scalable, complex, and distributed network systems
• Automate recurring tasks and support configuration management to improve network agility and operational efficiency
• Help ensure that core network services remain robust, future-proof, and high-performing
• Design and implement simple, effective solutions for complex technical challenges
• Continuously improve system architecture, processes, and overall service quality
• Conduct root cause analysis for faults and performance issues
• Actively contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation

Your Profile

Your Technical Skills (Automation/DevOps):

• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and service-oriented architectures (SOA)
• In-depth understanding of core network services including DHCP, DNS, NTP, Syslog, and Radius
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and their integration into systems
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or similar

Language Requirements:

• German: B2 level or higher
• English: B1 level or higher
